I see this was a few years ago but I have "THE MAGIC BOOK" but the copyright was 1977. If you do go back and read this old post. Could you write down the names of these trick from the book you have. Another idea would be to put it down in writing where you can click the MORE button is or somewhere in a description.

Nice work Dan! If I did have to be a critical old git (as usual), your Injog doesn't need to be so exaggerated geeza. For Real World, pure sleight of hand Close-up Magic, Harry Lorayne's 'The Magic Book' is the best book ever written. Even moving away from the Cards and Coins section, The Magic Square outlined within, genuinely blows people's minds. There's a clip of Harry performing this in front of an audience (type in Magic Square - Harry Lorayne). Well done mate for once again making the written word breathe in the World of Performance! 👍

Thanks Barry ! I’ll work on that jog the camera angles don’t help either ! Although no one’s ever said anything 😁

@@dantrixter Hi mate - the camera angle doesn't help for sure; but bear in mind mate that it's showing the actual angle/view as if people were standing by your side. I had to polish my Injog up back in the day, because I did get called on it - by a woman once (I even remember - I was doing 'Card in Mousetrap'). With just a slight injog, let the card sit on your pinkie fingertip; you won't lose it. I then shuffle the next few cards ONTO the Injogged Card - before shuffling the following cards slowly outward, back to the front end of the pack - it just disguises it better. It won't hinder the subsequent pick-up with the thumb.

The Magic Book is so good. I love that book. Dan should try getting hold of John Bannon's Impossibilia and Smoke and Mirrors. You will love them.

Another great video. I love your style and humor. Your have yourself another subscriber. I have the 1977 edition of this book and the page numbers are all different. I'd love that see you do a video with a couple of effects from the "Number Magic" part of this book, and another one with a couple of effects from the "Mental Effects" part of Harry Loraynes book.
