Here's the Detox Juice Cleanse I did for the first two days of Barbara O'Neill's Health Retreat.
For two days juice every 2 hours.
Rotate either the green barley juice drink or the protein drink with every juice you have.
This was our routine for the first 2 days:
Upon waking drink the juice of 1 lemon and 8 oz of water.
Take a walk after wards.
Then have your first juice.
Make sure to help the process of toxin elimination by sweating, drinking plenty of water, dry brushing or lymphatic massage, oil pulling, jumping on a trampoline, go into a sauna, rotate hot and cold water showers, ect.
After your 2 day juice cleanse, take it easy with your diet. Eat easy to digest foods like lightly cooked vegetables and fruits.
