Thanks for the shoutout man! Great full system walkaround and solid bass demo. I like the sub rings, unique. 🔊👍

Thanks for checking it out. Nick at Austin's Car Audio Shop opted to fab the rings because the prefab box holes were too small. Not boring the cutouts bigger protected the structural integrity of the boxes while the rings provided enough clearance to prevent the surrounds of the subs from rubbing the edges of the cutouts.

Is that cyber 12k still going strong, I heard some good and some bad about the battery.

It's still as good as it ever was. Hindsight's 20/20 though. 12k is bs. With all 3 amps, not doing more than 7500 total watts but still drop high 13s. It was charging really slow a few months ago and I eventually lost all power. Turned out to be a bad ground. Works great now, but if I had it to do over again, CMAX all the way.

Are these 2 ohm or 4ohm Which do you recommend? In the market for these
@eversoul43

Hi Eazy. They're dual 4 ohm, so everything is parallel down to 1 ohm to the amp. Lots of people do half ohm builds which is where you'd be same configuration with dual 2 ohm. You'd for sure get eye opening performance (violent at 1 ohm) but make sure you have beyond ample electrical. .5 is a workout for sturdy electrical and a fire hazard for weak draw.

@@eversoul43 thanks for the information. You answered all the questions that i didn't even get to ask LOL. Nice build. With the right electrical 2ohm versions won't hurt wired at .5 ohm.

@@EazyBuildz Amps are a definite consideration too Taramps makes half ohm stable amps, but otherwise make sure good half bridge Korean amp. .5 ohm puts many into protect. Running dual 4 ohm at 1 ohm is definitely easier and less risky of hurting an amp.

@@eversoul43 yes I was looking into the taramps smart 5k or 8k .5 -2 ohm stable amps , would these be safe to run at .5 ohm ? Or would you still recommend the 4ohm sub to 1ohm application to be on the safe side ?

@@EazyBuildz if you're cool with rca bass knobs, yeah go Taramps, they'll hold. Just make sure you're on a 320 alternator and 60+ ah lithium. You'll be set! Definitely go at least 5k for the pair.
