*I am a deaf person now. But before I went deaf, I use to listen too this beautiful soundtrack and music of Adrian Von Ziegler everyday, all day, every week! His music has helped me tremendously through the years in my life and through my severe depression through the years as well because I knew it was only a matter of time till one day, I would lose my hearing altogether completely and never hear this beautiful music again and soundtrack or any other music again for that matter in my life ever again.. I sadly and unfortunately, have Minere's disease and Usher Type 3 Syndrome. (These are diseases that deteriorates ones hearing through time in ones life..) I lost my dear mother to cancer a year ago.. I lost my deaf father to a heart attack a few months ago.. I also lost my only brother in a car accident about 2 years ago from a drunk driver and my sister disowns me now because I went deaf and because I am now technically a handicapped person that is now a liability with anyone whom chooses to take care of me. I may never ever hear music again in my life because I am sadly poor and I am now homeless. I have lost everything in my life that I once held so dear and close to my beating heart of love that I have so much to share with this world! I am at the library writing this comment on KZitem. I will leave here today and I will walk about an hour to a sewage tunnel I call home. This is where I sleep at night time because this is the only place where no one really goes too and I can somewhat feel safe. I have a few pieces of card board boxes that I sleep on and I only have one jacket that my wonderful and beautiful mother bought for me last year, just before she passed away. This is the only thing I have of her now and it is the only thing I treasure the most! It may be a jacket to you but to me, it's like I'm wearing my mother on me! Especially at night time when it is very cold, it is like my mother's soul and her warmth is keeping me nice and warm at night time while I sleep in the sewage tunnel. Please do not feel bad for me anyone as I am completely happy with my life! This is how my life has turned out to be and this is how I must live now! I've lost everything in my life and I now live a life of silence and utter quietness.. The only thing that makes me happy now is when I remember all the music I use to listen too! The memories of the music that I once use to listen too, lingers in my mind and I can still hear it as if I can still actually hear! I am so more appreciative of my life now because of me becoming deaf! I take nothing for granted no more and I appreciate every day that I am still alive and breathing. I only have one thing to give to this world now and it is my love! If you are reading this right now and have read it this far, I am so thankful that you have taken some time out of your life and day to read something of my life. I don't know who you are. I may never meet you. You may never meet you but I say this to you.. I.. Love.. You..... with all my heart and all my soul. Your friend in this world; -Abalam Anderson . . . .

I suppose that you are on the other side of the world so it might be difficult. Just hold on there! We are all with you with our hearts! Maybe some day your life will turn again to something more positive. I count on it and I know this will happen, because you seem to be a very nice person who is just happy to live. Enormous positive thinking! Remember Karma comes back. May the God bless you and help you with your everyday life. Be strong as you are by far! P.S. Your sister should be executed... I really liked your first song, so I'm sharing a quick poem that I did about death and its inevitability. ---------------------------- Me What is Death if not just a song Feared by so many Yet ignored by all One day it will ring Gently at your door Searching with tremor To devour your soul Fear not your fate For it has been sealed From the day you were born To the day of your sleep. There is no pain In the place you will go The agony stops When you let go As this song lingers Inside of your mind Close your eyes and imagine The place where you'll find Me. -------------------------------

Darkness is a blanket of serenity. Darkness connects all of the things in the universe that lie between the light. If you listen to Her song... if you understand Her, She will guide you. She will protect you. She will show you all of the things that the day swallows in its attempt to conceal the deepest secrets of our world. She is the cloak of peace which you seek. That is where I will be; in Her embrace... in the darkness... in the circle of Her fortress. There sings Her sweetest voice, Her blessed kiss, and Her graceful power. She is the Rising Queen as the sun falls, fleeing to hide from Her deepest shadows. Light shall always fade away somewhere in time, surrendering to Her Eternal Darkness.

Perfect music to sort your thoughts out. In the everyday hustle and bustle of life, societies comments toward you and your beliefs are staggering and could be overwhelming. What a great way to unwind those comments and thoughts. This music works well during my work outs as well. This motivates me to push even harder.

+Kendell Jones First of all I have to apologize because this is a kind-of automated response message I had to create because I get so many messages every day that replying to everyone would be simply impossible.^^ So this message here concerns the usage rights for my music and whether or not I'm available to make songs on request. USAGE: If your project (any project at all, movie, photography, websites, live shows etc.) is non-commercial, which means it doesn't earn you any money, then you can use my music for free. Only given credits are necessary, that's the only condition. Credits would be totally fine as a small text in the movie, website etc. written "Music by Adrian von Ziegler". In live shows and other projects where including a text would be difficult, an oral mention would suffice as well. =) On KZitem and twitch you can also use my music for free even if you monetize your videos by the way! ANY school projects have automatic free permission to use my music, no license payment is required. If the project is commercial, meaning it makes money in any way (except KZitem and twitch, see above), you would have to buy a license for the music you want to use. The license payment would be small in almost all cases except for big budget productions. It would be a one-time payment, so you can use the music you bought forever in that project. It does not give you any rights over the music however, so remixing the music, re-selling it etc. is not allowed. Giving credits is also necessary in commercial projects. Remixing, sampling and other forms of altering the original song into a new piece of music is also generally not allowed unless the remix is 100% non-commercial and labelled with the original title and author of the song (me). Adding bird noises, nature sounds or similar things are allowed. Nightcore alterations are also allowed while non-commercial and labelled with original title and author (Google "Nightcore" in case of confusion). So if your project is non-commercial or a KZitem project, just give credits and there is nothing holding you back from using my songs. ANY song you want. =) If it's commercial stuff just write me a personal message or an email at adrianvonziegler@gmx.ch and inform me about the scale and details of the project and we'll make a deal. REQUESTED MUSIC: I generally do not accept offers to make songs on request or to write music for movies, games etc. One reason is that I can't handle it time-wise but even if I had the necessary time I would still stay away from it because I - quite honestly - don't really like to do it.^^ I basically make music to express whatever topic moves me, randomly. I tried it a few times but I have the best creativity and feel the most freedom and happiness when I do that completely alone and without being “employed” by someone. I hope that’s understandable.^^ Important: I do not allow my music to be used in any project that has a clear political, racist or discriminatory message. By that I mean anything that goes from direct political, racist or discriminatory videos or underlining speeches with my music, onto remixing my melodies into a song that has lyrics with clear political, racist or discriminatory message and similar things that clearly promote these things.

Please don't have too many friends. Only rich and famous people have many friends, but once the money and fame is gone, the friends disappear too. Love yourself and your kids if you have any. Your kids will not be different from other human beings universally, but they will be different from your point of view because they love you. Don't get me wrong, I am an not preaching for people to multiply. I am just saying if you need people around, that is the way to go (though there is no guarantee).

Regret. Sorrow. Deep hatred. Buried inside her. She sat there looking int the woods. The wolves howling. Her eyes slowly melting away because of the tears. So many tears. Each was like another part of her taking some of her face with it. Melting away the broken smile. Her tattered and warn dress was torn and her arms and legs covered in blood. The thorns had been welcome. She accepted her nightmares that she had at night, because she knew that they were not real. She was asleep, safe, inside her nightmares. She welcomed them to the inescapable nightmares that faced her as soon as she woke up. They ate at her little by little. Slowly, slowly her mind cracked. It broke and something inside her went wild. Her mind was gone, her eyes melted away. Her black shaded hair was ragged, covered in knots. Her fingers, capable of so much. She turned to the house that had been her nightmare and walked slowly toward it. Her intentions were uncertain, but all she knew was that no one, ever again, would hurt her. That was the instant she stopped being a little girl and turned into something that could not be turned back into innocence. Her eyes, deranged, her smile wild and unreal, her mind gone, and her hands held out like a baby doll waiting to embrace its fate.

I admire your desire to stay "pure" and "true" by not agreeing to a recording deal. That being said, placing your talent upon various video games, movie parts and potential full soundtracks is a form of musical immortality. As an example, I would have never had the privilege to hear Basil Poledouris' amazing talent (Conan soundtrack, 1982) had he felt that he could not sign a contract for payment. Secondly, you are well aware that Beethoven, Bach, et al., were paid for their enduring work. It was more than just receiving payment...rather, it's homage to the art itself. Being paid does not sell you out, it merely proves that you can do something creative and unique without being forced into mediocrity day in and day out like so many of us common folk. And why shouldn't you be paid for your efforts? If it means that you'll never have to work a non-relevant day job...then yes, you go for it and develop your passion. My 2 cents.
@AdrianvonZiegler

Thank you very much, that opinion flatters me!^^ But here is the part where most people think I'm crazy: I don't care about being famous, or leaving a legacy, or making myself immortal through my art. I just don't have any ambitions. I love music, I love to create it, and I don't expect to gain anything from it. And I'm happy like this, this is exactly how I want to live. =) I don't need anything more.

Adrian von Ziegler , I totally respect you for that. I write a lot of Fanfiction and poems, and a lot of people don't see the point of writing something that you can never publish. Create to create, create to inspire, create to help others, don't simply create to make a name for yourself. These gifts aren't about us, it's about others and what we can bring to them. Once you turn it to selfish gain, you begin to lose sight of what these talents are really about. You grow blind to the beauty they give to you, and while one day I do want to write and put my own work out, I admire you for staying true to yourself. The reason I personally want to be a published writer is because thinking back, I remember how books helped me as a kid, and all I want is the chance for my own work to do that for someone else. Honestly, I believe that's the most anyone could ever ask for.
@PaulKMF1
9 жыл бұрын
Adrian von Ziegler Nah, we don't think you crazy for that. You do this for your own enjoyment and you share it here for everyone's enjoyment. Totally get that. But your music should be known by more and I can't think of a better way than for it to be in a video game or a movie. It seems that some famous artists (Johnny Depp for one) pull off being quite famous while retaining their privacy. Having said that I for one, will continue to listen as long as you continue to compose, famous or not.

Adrian von Ziegler I get that, I paint for fun and people always ask why I do not sell my paintings. have no desire to, I do these things for fun and sometimes you feel like if you sell it then it will lose that. like you're losing your freedom with that hobby.
