Ingredients:
Ripe Avocado - 1 (peeled & pitted)
Ripe Banana - 1 (peeled & sliced)
Peanut butter- 1 tbsp
Honey or Brown Sugar - 1 Tbsp
Milk - 1 Cup (Dairy or non-dairy)
to a blender add sliced Avocado and sliced banana with along all other things. Blend until smooth. Take one glass daily.The drink can be saved in the refrigerator for one day.
