Sir kisi video m ye dono vitamins k supplements k kch naam bhi bata dijiyega, acchi companies k ...jo log bina doc k prescription k bhi le skte h kyunki itne mehenge vitamins k test k baad sbhi doc ko nahi dikha pate. Aur vit B12 to lena safe bhi h kyunki water soluble hone k krn uski toxicity nahi hoti jaldi Aur ye bhi bata dijiyega ki kis range m value hone pr kis form m supplements lena chiye (tablet, injection etc). Aap kch logo ki sample reports dikhake bhi samjha skte h video m pls. Thank you in advance.

Well I take all my vitamins and D3 for 3 months and 3 months off according to my Orthopedic doctor and Gynecologist....... in addition to that I do basic yoga including all exercises in the mornings .....10 k to 15k steps daily when I go for my walk as my app shows and finally I mostly eat 90 % boiled food with mild spices . My health is perfect as I checked my lipids recently all are withing the range not even 1 unit more than the range and I am not obese just 57 to 58 kg . By the way I met you with my sister in a hotel when you came to Mumbai.

आपने एक बार बताया था कि आप खुद प्रति मास बी12का एक इंजेक्शन लेते हैं तो क्या सबको/सभी veg और vigan को ऐसा करना चाहिए ? क्या सभी veg और vigan को प्रतिदिन एक lcartanine cynocobalamin और folic acid वाली टैबलेट अवश्य लेनी चाहिए? B12 water soluble है अतः एक्सेस तो यूरिन k रास्ते निकल जायेगा।B1 2और vitd के टेस्ट काफी महंगे होते हैं। Ek short video बनाकर कृपया क्लियर कर दीजिए तो बड़ी कृपा होगी।

My hemoglobin was normal at 14.5..dtill i took golic acid..iron.. supplements.. dry fruit..vit C...fruits...nuts..etc...now it has gone to 17... Is it normal n how to bring down as foc say it is not good.....SIR ADVICE

एक और बात, आवश्यक खनिजों के बिना आरओ पानी का उपयोग। इसकी टीडीएस सेटिंग 250 से 300 के बीच होनी चाहिए। कंपनियां इसे काफी कम रखती हैं... यह भी शरीर में कई कमियों का एक छिपा और दिखाई देने वाला कारक है... One more thing, use of RO water without essential minerals. Its TDS setting should be between 250 to 300. Companies keep it quite low... क्या विटामिन डी सब में एक साथ कम कोरोना वैक्सीन लगने के बाद हुआ? अगर हाँ तो कोरोना वैक्सीन विटामिन डी की कमी का कारण होगी जबकि इसका वैज्ञानिक प्रमाण नहीं मिला अभी तक 😑
