Use the Excel method and divide by 30 to get a month and them import back into P6 unfortunately, I don't know how to use 5-day calendar for this.

Hi Sir ... Similar like this, oftentimes we also need to show the week number start & finish instead dates in P6, like example 1 August 2023 is week #1 , 8 August 2023 must be week #2 and so on....What is the formula should be typed in the Global change ? Thanks....

It's easier using the Excel method, because you can account for remainders when dividing by 7 to get week number. It is still possible with Global Change but will require 4 Global Changes instead of 2. Let me know if you still want the Global Change solution and I'll post it on my blog before the end of the month as I'm currently on vacation.

Yes I am using Excel before export it back into P6, however definitely using Global change is more effective and efficient rather than excel. Thanks if you could teach us your magic. Have a nice vacation Sir....
