What a lot of great ideas, I live in the UK so can't get some of things you used here. But I will be tweeting your ideas for things I can get here, but I really appreciate the time you took to show us what great ideas you came up and I'll be making some of these things to make gifts for my family and friends. As I'm on a budget things that aren't too expensive, with a little crafting magic it looks like you spent a fortune on little bits. So a BIG THANK YOU. I really appreciate you sharing this information. Happy Crafting ALL. Xxx 💖💝 💗

@PaperedChef

Janis, I price things differently depending on how much I had to pay to be at the event, the clientele, etc. The Tag Treats can go for $3 or 2 for 5 or $2 each. Only sell little kid treats for $1. Anything else is not worth $1 and will not help you generate income. Cards should be $4 or 2 for $7. Something like that. Don't undersell yourself. I will try to address this in future videos.

Because I have a die, I wouldn't waste my time cutting them with a machine. Dies are so much faster and you can cut through a couple of sheets of designer series paper at once. This die is great for using up my scraps and it scores too which the ScanNCut doesn't do easily or cleanly. Suggestion for different boxes have you discovered my favourite box website? I love the free box templates at www.templatemaker.nl/en the latest update is great as you can break down the box nets for different sizes of paper, just choose the advanced settings. Enter your box size and print out. Saving as an svg means you can cut them out with any electronic die cutting machine. I take them into Silhouette Studio or Adobe Illustrator to fill the shapes with my own images for customised print and cuts. I have had great fun experimenting with multi sided boxes, from triangles up to 12 sided shapes.

Thanks Helen, I have been designing my own boxes and box inserts for years and didn’t realize such a site existed. When you sell items made with Stampin' Up products, do you have to stamp the Copyright information on each item? If so, could you please tell me the catalog number for the copyright stamp?
@PaperedChef
4 жыл бұрын
I purchased all of the copyright stamp sets. I prefer to put my information on a sticker on the bag because sometimes a stamp ruins the item. In the case of the snowman box, I can’t stamp it because you can’t stamp onto that material easily unless you use Stazon and even that is not going to “stick” 100% of the time. The copyright stamp fits perfectly under the tag treats. It is small enough and is covered when it stands up. I didn’t sell any cards at any of my events this year but the stamp also works well on the back of a card. Sharing links in a separate reply because I need to search for the current stamp sets on my laptop.
@PaperedChef

Here are the two stamp sets with the copyright stamp. I highly recommend the Crafting Forever stamp set which is one that I use all of the time and one which works beautifully with my ScanNCut and is beautiful for coloring and inspirational too. • Crafting Forever Cling-Mount Stamp Set [151231] -- bit.ly/37TwGDG • Make A Difference Photopolymer Stamp Set [146676] -- bit.ly/35NvTSK

Marilyn Hollingsworth I’m not saying it is OK. I’m not speaking on behalf of Stampin’ Up! when I tell you how I do things. I’m just saying that there are times when a stamp would ruin my crafts and so I put it on the packaging because I can’t live with ruining a craft over a stamp. I give away 10 times more than I ever sell so I don’t need to worry about stamping those items.

You can just get paper or you can get stamps, ink, ribbon, card stock, a punch and so many other coordinating products. The paper is the BEST! Please take a look at my store because a lot of what I showed here is available until January 2nd as part of our Holiday Catalog. Amy Kramer It is cute packaging. It serves as making someone feel special in that you made them a beautiful stocking stuffer. Where do you get mini coffe cups
@PaperedChef

Donna, I purchase them in bulk from a restaurant supply store because I use so many. You can get a smaller amount on Amazon. Here is the link. If you do get them, you can get in touch with me about where to get the dies for them if you have a Big Shot or something similar. amzn.to/2UkMYka

What do you charge for the doggie treats?
@PaperedChef
3 жыл бұрын
I used to charge from $3 to $5, depending on the venue. The more I pay for the craft fair table, the more I charge for the items. I gave away a lot of these as gifts too.
