Thanks Mr Jala's for sharing your thought on this topic. I am wondering in the future if you would ever like to talk about mid-life crisis or quarter life crisis that many people might have experienced one time in their life, how can we truly appreciate this moment if it ever occurs in our life rather than negatively taking it as unproductive period in ones life? thanks!

Good Evening DS Idris & Leon. Not an easy topic to delve on but based on the personal experiences highlighted above, the topic becomes inetresting. Managing Polarities can help with unnecessary conflicts. Its also termed as "Polarity Mapping" example - a visual Framework for tackling problems. Its a paradox conundrum, contradiction with opposing views & could likely be unresolvable. On the other hand Problem can hv a Right or Best Answer. In other words: A Solution Exists In a Nutshell, I agree in today's world of increasing interdependency & complexity, its vital to utilize problem solving and both thinking to address the strategic challenges & opportunities. Great episode as usual. I am curious about DS Idris POV on how to run effective meetings? As well his thoughts on design thinking.
