Oh my god! This says "beginner" but I am not sure about that! I thought I was getting in shape walking. I used 3 and 5 lbs. Perfect workout for me. Challenged my everything, balance, coordination, concentration, and step dance skills lol. Thank you!

Wonderful workout Jules, and I loved the music too! I modified the arm stuff just a little but for most of it, felt no pain. It's really warmed up here, so my fan was going but I still got sweaty - yay! Thank you!

18, 03 2024 Hi Jules, I saw this one today and I looked at it first and then I thought I might just try it. So, I did. I stopped the dumb bells, mines were 0,3l water bottles at 12 minutes and continued without them, but I completed the exercise, it was interesting. Thank you and have a good night.

Wow what a workout, I felt pretty goodd about doing intermediate all in one workouts but i kinda struggled with thus workout but thanks so much I definitely need to keep working at getting stronger I used 3 lbs and some 8 lbs
