In this 20 minute Boody Band Workout we will have 2x blocks of workout. Each Block contains 5x movements and we will be performing each movement for 45 seconds long and with 15 seconds rest in between. We will be performing each block for 2x rounds in a row and in case if you want to increase the intensity of this workout you can simply use a band with more resistance or/and add an extra rounds to each block.
