Only Anna is beast enough to do all these moves without stopping! This one is a killer. I had to stop multiple times in a lot of workouts. I thought my legs were strong, but Anna made me see, I could make them stronger 💪

I used two 7kg dumbbells for extra resistance (not for the one leg glute bridges though) and a booty band for the finisher. I never regretted anything more in my life! :D Thanks for a great workout, Anna! Really appreciate it :)

Oh. My. Goodness. This is definitely a weekend workout to start out! I’m not a quitter but was definitely about to cry towards the end! My legs feel sooo heavy I may not be able to walk tomorrow 😅. A solid 100/10 workout! 💪🏾😍

Normally when I do these booty workouts, I feel it mostly in my quads. I don’t know why, but I do. I was worried this would be the same. But no, I REALLY felt this. I don’t think my booty has ever worked so hard. Thank you so much for this workout!

been doing this workout once a day EVERY DAY. if you do it once a day and eat alot if protein your ass will get so plush and perky!!! this is your sign to keep going
