Another workout in our mini 'Tension' series and today a 20 Min Controlled Chest and Back Workout at Home.
A superset chest and back workout as we alternate between each muscle group
Again focusing on really slowing down the reps and letting the chest and back muscles spend plenty of time under tension.
A slow rep with a pause or squeeze to really feel the burn.
This workout will also be an opportunity for you to lift a little heavier than you might in some of our other workouts.
Each exercise we will also be working for 1 minute with a 30 sec rest between each
Meaning you hopefully won't fatigue as quickly as normal and be able to try and maintain the heavier weight throughout
But whether you're pushing yourself a little heavier or going lighter. Just remembers , slow and controlled reps with plenty of time under tension
That's the aim of the game with the tension workouts
