Before we dive in, let's ensure our bodies are primed for this journey. Our warm-up sequence will focus on gently awakening key areas: wrists, shoulders, spine, hips, and legs, with special attention to the calves.
Now, let's flow seamlessly into our plank variations:
1. Forearm plank
2. Forearm side planks, both right and left
3. Sphinx, Forearm plank to Delfin 🐬, Downdog
4. Traditional high Plank
5. High side planks, alternating sides
6. Downdog ~knee to upper arm both sides, & chest
