Glad to see your video with a new background. 😊 I am currently doing your 30 days of summer challenge and I'm in day 11 now. After a couple of months without pilates practice and focusing on weight training, pilates seems so much harder than before. I was wondering what kind of mat are you using. I have seen that at least in the older videos you had a Manduka mat. I was thinking of buying Manduka Pro mat mainly for yoga but also for pilates because it's thicker (6 mm). Looking for new and exciting videos in the future! I would also request a bit more challenging/intermediate workouts and hiit pilates to get sweaty. ❤️

Hi there am just wanting advice could do with loosing bit of belly fat everywhere else is OK, think it's like a mid 40s thing I love your workouts was wondering what workouts I should follow like 3 x week should I do you cardio fat burn 🔥 30 mins and then in-between 15 min abs I don't have a lot of time or energy with 3 kids so I just would like advice of choosing x
