I love the fact that there are no breakdowns! Sometimes the breakdown can feel a bit tedious if it's a move I know, would love more videos like this!

I love Christina and respect the way she teaches but the comments and calling out to people loses shelf life for those of us who watch after the actual taping. I wonder if others agree that it is a distraction from the workout. Not sure how to fix that and certainly don’t wish to snuff her funny commentary.

Love you're 20 Min intermediate Step Aerobics workout 135 Bpm its a great workout and is a great one to do especially at home and the exercises are really fun to do to especially the step aerobics it's a brilliant workout

Love the workout. I taught at 24 hour fitness step classes for years and your choreography is amazing. I get it when people complain it is too hard but you say intermediate and advanced. We experienced steppers appreciate it.

This was a perfect after workout used as an after dinner walk when it’s too late to go outside & take one. It is quick and easy to follow and without the breakdowns it’s over before you know it!!! Thanks!

hey, been too busy with my art lately - now back in London for a bit.... I just had to find 20mins with your workouts this morning because we'll be doing Open Studio all weekend and it will be tough.... I've just done this 20mins and it was just PERFECT. Thank you for reminding me about this short and to the point fun step. I have done it a few times in the past and was delighted to find how much easier I am finding it having practiced more intermediate classes. You are so right when you tell us that with practice we can all improve. Also when you become familiar with the moves you can put so much more into them. Thank you perfect little Sunday workout!!!

I really like this one. 20 minutes, git'er dun!!! I like to add this workout to one or two more, like a stack. Today I did an upper body, with a 40 minutes step that I hadn't tried yet. Very fun :) And I added this on to the end to finish strong and hard. Thank you Chris for all that you do for us on here

It's a bit too fast for me, and I don't know why I just couldn't get the lunge steps right, I got frustrated because I was all over and not getting an actual workout. I guess I am not ready for intermediate combos they were not easy enough for me to "get"... back to basic

I realize, understand, that likely is an unwelcome comment for Chris and others, but I'm going to make the comment and suggestion anyway. All, or some, are free to ignore it. Comments, as Chris notes repeatedly in her videos these days are a distraction, but until recently all have been spoiled. From the beginning of these workouts by CDornerfitness, Chris has made an effort to comment/chat and answer short questions from the beginning. Folks that participate in the live workouts have gotten used to this. So the regulars continue with the comments/chat and questions. And, Chris still finds herself answering, though she has recently tried to modify that. And, others who may have recently joined the channel still hear Chris responding to comments/chat and questions and CDornerfitness even displays a blurb answering the oft received question of "who are you talking to?" My likely "ill received" recommendation would be turn off the large monitor where these comments/chat and questions are displayed. These things can still go on in the background, but you don't have to look at them and you can still answer/respond after the workout. Alternatively, if you'd rather not turn off the monitor, simply don't answer/respond. No need to mention that they're a distraction. You've already explained this multiple times. And, you can still answer/respond when the workout is over. Please don't think my comments/recommendations are a criticism, they most certainly are not. I just think in the end we're meaning viewers/participants in the workouts are all adults, none of us should be offended if you can immediately, during the workout engage in conversation or answer questions that might, and usually do, require specificity that you can't really focus on when teaching.
