Hi, are you ready to work on your lower body? Here's a spicy HOT 20 MIN LOWER BODY home workout. These are my favorite exercises to strengthen and target your lower body muscles. Add dumbbells for extra combustion 🔥🔥🔥 If you find this too heavy, use only your own body weight. These exercises are all standing. You work for 50 seconds and have 10 seconds of rest in between. In terms of weights, I use 2x5kg of dumbbells Let's do it together!!!
