I'm so excited for you to try this 20 min Mini Ball Workout! The mini ball is one of my favourite pieces of equipment as it gives so much feedback and really helps you connect to your muscles, especially that core!
This workout is Beginner-Intermediate Level so if you're new to Pilates or rebuilding your strength after an injury, pregnancy or a long break from movement, listen to your body and modify where you need to by taking breaks, keeping both hands or feet on the mat, etc.
