Kate this has become an addition to the repertoire of practices I do, a few of which include your videos. Your Deep hip opening and shoulders have become a go-to along with this practice in my busy and tense schedule. Thank you. Can you please tell me where the music came from? Kate I did this after a weight training workout and it was just what I needed - especially the puppy pose with blocks. I will definitely be returning to this one after future weight workouts. Also the music was just perfect. Thank you for sharing!

I can 100% attest for the tricept stretch the blocks give in puppy. Hey I've been working on a new pose that I thought you'd like to try since you have a very flexible lower back. Low lunge - back knee down Hands flag on the mat (as much as possible) behind the hips Kick back foot up - grab and rotate (think king pigeon arm) Not sure if it's your jam but it's an incredible (and intense) hip and back stretch simultaneously. It also challenges the balance so it fires up the core.

I found this video really helpful, especially because sometimes I need a longer stretch after working out. The scent of peppermint oil is particularly soothing and I like it to use it often to relax and create a nice ambience. I definitely plan on incorporating this video into my exercise routine with some modifications for my level of flexibility of course. Thank you Kate! 😉😉🙂🙂🧘🏻♂🧘🏻♀

I have bunions so toes pose is a no go but I find that pedaling in a downward helps stretch the toes and bottom of the feet.

Hi Kate! Did this one after a grueling upper body workout yesterday. Loved the stretches you guided! Question about the 1st stretch with the blocks. I started feeling some discomfort in my lower back holding in this position. Should the bottom block be positioned lower down my back to support? Thank you!

I put the lower block right where the lower point of the shoulder blades start. You can always release the leg as that intensifies through the hips and can affect the low back. I might try with the leg straight!
