Here's a really great workout you can do from anywhere and all you need is 20 minutes and a kettlebell! If you don't have a kettlebell, you can sub a dumbbell.
Set a timer for 20 minutes and continuously move through:
10 Kettlebell Swings
5 Kettlebell snatches per side (10 total)
Single Arm KB Carry (down with one arm, back with the other)
Hope you enjoy this one! It's a long time so find a pace you can keep moving at. Don't go too hard in the beginning.
