Good. Finally, movements a stiff, ex-athlete can actually do. I'll save this video. Others are pointless - young folks clueless about what happens to joints and flexibility with age, beginning their instruction in a lotus position that I couldn't even ATTEMPT to do in my wildest dreams. But this video is good.

Loved this practice! Thank you! Unfortunately the advertising settings interrupt the session twice during the most inopportune moment. Perhaps the settings can be adjusted to show ads only at the beginning or end?

I am 70 years old and still still do it, many years ago I placed my feet on a yoga mat, and found my home! unfortunately I practise at home these days as I cannot find a class nor teacher in my area anymore, someone I connect with that are not 20 years old with the Lulu Lemon gear and I need someone like you! Thanks so much. I used to be very active but work/family/lockdown killed that and I'm now really overweight and inflexible. Your 20 minutes is working wonders, not only physically but mentally too. 🥰
