I did this workout 18 hours fasted, I am still recovering from knee surgery I had last year and still managed to complete it but if you find this full body HIIT workout too difficult, then try the beginner or intermediate levels listed below.

Full Advanced Fitness Routine:
- Each Exercise Performed 30 Seconds
- Jumping Jacks (Starts and fits in between every exercise)
- Squat Jumps
- Mountain Climbers
- Burpees
- Spiderman Push Ups
- High Knees
- Bunny Hops
- Rest 30 Seconds
- Total Sets x 3 (One Set = 6 Minutes)
