The kundalini yoga kriya to balance the mind moves us beyond duality, beyond the right and wrong, beyond 'me' and 'you', and into a space of non-duality - where everything is as it is, and we go beyond the 'me' into the 'we'. As we work through this kriya, we find ourselves arriving at an experience of non-duality that comes with the neutral mind.

As with all kundalini yoga kriyas please be careful with your body. Keep yourself safe from injury. If you feel dizzy, just take a moment or two out. Remember to drink plenty of water during and after your practice.
