This short kundalini yoga kriya, known as Kundalini Yoga for Nervous System & Glandular Balance, freshens us up from the inside out. It works with the subtle and physical bodies together to bring us into an experience of our shining inner and outer light!
As with all kundalini yoga kriyas please be careful with your body. Keep yourself safe from injury. If you feel dizzy, just take a moment or two out. Remember to drink plenty of water during and after your practice.
