Thank you for your videos. I have just found you, I am 66 with DDD from L1 down to S1. I am at your level 1, just to recover from 2 weeks of very bad back. I have also osteoporosis and orthoartritison 1 knee. Can you advise which excercise I should not do? Thank you so much. 🙏

How can I use loop band, resistance tubing and/or longer stretchy bands that I have on hand for the glute bridges? I’ve seen some with a loop above the knees but your version adds resistance more diagonally. Thanks for your follow along exercises much appreciated.

I’ve started using a RockTape RockBand Flex with loops. My feet go in levels 2 or 3 then I bring the middle up over the thighs just above the knees. Thanks for the tips and encouragement.

Hi sir im 21 yr old...Im struggling with back pain for the past 1 year.. recently i have taken MRI Scan and it shows L5S1 DDD...i have been in rest for past 1 month and done some excercise for 2 weeks but i couldn't get better...im still struggling .... Im just 21 and i cant do anything ...can u pls help me to get back to my normal life... Pls reply
