Alright guys, how’s it going? If you enjoyed this video, please consider leaving a like, a comment and also please consider subscribing for more content. At the moment only 5% of my viewership are subscribed and I would love to work on improving that to help the channel grow and become even more of a fantastic community than it already is! If you could help me out by doing that, I would be massively grateful, thanks!

You can deselect the items you did select with the Delete gun ( F ) just hold over the item you did select by accident and push CTRL again and it will be deselected and will not be deleted Just wanna add that so you all don`t have to push F and start all over again :D And thx for the good tip and trick video :D

Thanks for all of the tips. As someone who has about 700 hours in this game (mostly AFK resource gathering, but still) all of your tips are very necessary to building a successful factory. Another big tip, don't skip over trains. Trains are not only very useful for transferring large amounts of resources long distances, but they also have a very important and unique trait. They can transfer power along the rail network, just like power lines. You can have a station at the main base supplying power to the rail network and any other train stations connected to that rail network, you can pull power off of them just like they were a power pole. Note, it only works on the train station itself, not any of the rails or loading/unloading stations.

Thanks, Nick! There's almost always something new to find in the game, I for one am always learning something new! But there are usually ways to incorporate things into existing games without too much pain and hassle I've found.

Fun fact, upgrading is now even easier because they added an E wheel to just about everything. Just F-wheel click a machine to get it as a placeable, then hold E and rotate to the upgrade, then click the old machine. Minor thing, but every little bit helps when you spend hundreds of hours in these worlds, lol.

Another use for sprint-jumping is getting on top of minimum-height pipes before the blade-runners/jetpack are unlocked. This helps immensely when working on your first coal power plant. Another tip is to transition to using stackable supports and vertical lifts as soon as possible, preferably by time you start automating power. Not only does this help clear up floor-space immediately, but as your factory becomes more complex and starts using manufacturers with items around your factory, being able to route belts from A to B easier helps prevent you from drowning in spaghetti. Especially when transporting items long-distance, stackable supports future-proof your single-conveyor bus when you want to later route three more conveyors, an oil pipe, and a hypertube along the same path. It's not always feasible, but often worth the trouble.

With the new update with power storage i have a dedicated "power bank" where i have double the power stored for an hour so 3000MW of coal power ill have 6000MW of power storage so i do not have to worry about being short on power when the grid goes down and the power storage buildings can be daisy chained

Tip for tip 11. It is possible to readjust the direction of a pipe support after placing it (clicking once) without having to cancel and realign it. You just need to hold control and then use the scroll wheel. Just ignore that the support goes to a funky angle (up and down angle) when you hold control. But you're able to then rotate the support as you need and when you let go of control, the scroll wheel goes back to changing the angle. Advanced Tip 21. The company cart seems pretty useless due to it's inability to handle anything not a foundation, its lack of a crafting bench, and its abysmal inventory space of 1 slot. BUT, investing time and resources into making a highway for the cart and using a swarm technique (just using 5-12 of them on one path way) they become over powered. They don't require any fuel, so they're fuel efficient and that abysmal inventory space becomes what breaks them. Compare the amount of time it takes a truck station to fully load a tractor, explorer or a truck. . . at least a few seconds. Carts have the 1 slot and that means their loading and unloading time is only a moment. I'm not joking. You can swing your cart by a loading truck station without stopping or slowing down and it will have been loaded up with whatever is in that station. Do a "drive by" on an unloading station and it'll be empty. Program a swarm to do a kind of "Jackass" Nascar race of a resource and they can potentially out deliver the hauling capacity of Mk 4 belts. Or in otherwords they can deliver stuff so fast that the loading station will never get full stacks to load and the unloading station will get backed up to where the carts can't fully unload with Mk 4 belts doing the work. Just pretend I scammed you and try it once. You'll laugh as your brain cells die at how stupid it is.
