All excellent suggestions Joshua, when smelling the roses, I find deadheading them and all flowers past their best to be very relaxing. Gardening has so many benefits and did you know that immersing your hands in the soil, is a natural stress reliever and anti depressant? Being exposed to microbes in the soil can also build up immunity, We may think that we are nurturing the garden, but infact, it’s the garden that is nurturing us, mind body and soul, Best wishes, Lisa

Amazing because when you're grounded, your blood gets immediately thinner, and your blood pressure falls. Then the sun is what your skin's cholesterol uses to make vitamin D. This is excellent for your body. 😊

When there is no sun and there's rain coming down on my vehicle.I'll lock my door and just listen to the beautiful sound of rain Falling on my roof of my car. It's so calming. It can put you to sleep if you're very stressed out.Even just listening to the beautiful sound of rain on your rooftop.

Just having a roof over my head and a bed to sleep in and food in my Refrigerator makes me feel grateful. Because when I look around the world and I see what's going on.How many people who are losing their homes? How many people have no place to lay their head? How many people are struggling to bring food on their table for their Family. That alone is enough for me to stop and reflect. And thank god but for what I have and for what I can give others. Today, I saw a homeless young man and he was way down with bunch of bottles. And and he was exhausted and he was tired and he was dirty. I just felt sorry for him.And he fell off his bike as he was walking it and I couldn't help but go over and help him up.And even though his hands were filthy I. Knew I could wash my hands.I knew I could use hand sanitizer I asked him if he was okay. He says I'm okay. I'm just tired and I asked him what happened. And he told me that he had this brand new phone stolenand I listen to his story and I didn't have much to give but I went into a Subway. Sandwich restaurant and I got him something that was enough to take the hunger away. I had some spare bus passes that were given to me and I directed him to a phone number. That would help him find a place to rent. He just lost his grandmother and he started opening up to me and I wasn't there to judge him.I was just there to help him. And they wouldn't let him go inside and use to wash him but I convinced them if he could only wash his hands so he could eatand they agreed with that. I only could spend half an hour.I thought at least show him some compassion and do what you can to get him some sort of help and direct them to the proper authorities. He was very grateful just for that. So his gratitude was totally different than my gratitude or your gratitude. He fell asleep on the table. And I was afraid that they were gonna kick him out of the sandwich restaurant. But I had no control over that. They could see how I was treating him and they could see that he was no danger and that he was very polite to everybody and thankful. So I left and had to go do my stuff and I drove by a half an hour later and he was still sitting in there and they didn't kick him out. That was something that made me grateful.Because I was able do what jesus tells what to do to love your neighbor.

These are wonderful ideas, Joshua, and nearly all of them I practise already. But unfortunately only in my free time. On my average workday I forget about all of this because of the work. It is not good and I'm totally stressed out most every day. Now I will place a note on my desk to think about that and just call it "Remind Joshua" 😃 Thank you so much for reminding👍 and greetings from Germany 😊
