Y’all are taking it wrong. Dina didn’t care about touch move. She was intentionally distracting him with an argument to burn his clock. She wasn’t serious, she was playing street chess and Noah got flustered. She even realized how he took it and she felt bad, -that’s why she pretended to be pondering the position and let her clock mostly burn out after that- (I take that last part back. She wasn’t pretending to ponder; she really didn’t have a good line.)
@eugenerademaker4145

No thats totally not true. She had diffculties to find the right move there. And that was clear because she made a blunder after that, reall soon. And she was dead serious. The second time she could get him she did it without hesitation. So she was just the person she is. Nothing wrong with it. Just who she is. Love it, hate it or dont care it. Your choice.

I read a lot of the comments, and have seen a lot of Dina's videos and coffee chess. (1) I agree with you, there's light hearted trash talk, and there's some point over the line; (2) I can understand people who thought she stepped over that line, it's kind of her style, but without being sure, it sure felt like she thought she was losing to a 20 year old "kid", and figuratively threw stuff at him, trying to rattle him; (3) Clock move is the norm there; (4) If he did make an illegal move at the end, a simple statement would suffice. Could have started his clock, and let him retract the move, and remake it, in the spirit of friendly competition, though I don't know what the norm is, for "street chess"

Noah would have said no it wasn't agreed on but he was silent. If he agrees to something then he should honor the agreement. It's not respectable for someone to say lets do touch move and then change their mind when they make a mistake. Are you trying to say that she's the only one that insists on touch move because that's not true? I've watched many times where Alan and Carlini yell "touch!!!" and insist that their opponent move that piece. So why are Alan and Carlini allowed to do it but when Dina does it then it's a problem? A very well-played game up until the time scramble. For most of the game, both sides played at a grandmaster level. Regarding the dispute: the touch-move rule has been part of chess for the last 500 years, and Noah was wrong to try to take back his g-pawn move. As an example of proper sportsmanship, consider the 1960 game at Buenos Aires between Wolfgang Unzicker and the 17-year-old Bobby Fischer. In a difficult but salvageable position, Fischer touched his h-pawn, noticed at the last moment that his intended move exposed him to a tactic, and finally played an absurd move with the h-pawn in recognition of the touch-move requirement. Fischer didn't complain, and his opponent didn't have to appeal to the arbiter. Fischer accepted that he was responsible for his own mistake and followed the rules, even though it resulted in a terrible position that he lost in another 10 moves.

"Trash talking" is very popular, so people getting butt-hurt over it is more than a little silly. They invited Dina because of her reputation for entertaining trash-talk.
