Great to hear Mark likes the simple things in skiing. I've always liked his segments in the MSP films. He's really one of the best all round skiers. And he's dead on with the idea of enjoying it. There is a lot of focus on spinning and making the next trick. This is all well and good but if you want to be going in your 50s and 60s you ned to let up at some point. I haven't spun big booters in a a while being in my 50s now, but still hit the big stuff every year, and love it. The simplicity for me is making the take off, flight arc and landing all feel perfect with a nice stylee shifty in there from a hard carving takeoff on a big jump. To everyone else I imagine almost all my hits look "perfect" but I know it when it feels perfect, and its not every hit. To me, there will always be something amazing about that perfect hit, spinning or not.
