After the Spanish conquered cities in south America and Mexico they went North looking for more large cities of gold like the Aztecs. There have been many remains of doomed Spanish expeditions found in the American southwest. This poor dude is most likely from the 1600s-1700s. I hope you enjoyed this small easter egg!
