Beautiful bike. I ride a 06 Gl1800. I have the 98 GL1500 Aspencade with the same color red. Just did a lot of work to it. Test drove it today, 36 degrees out. loved every second. I will always have the GL1500. Great bike.

My wife was upset because she couldn't ride on my Pacific Coast, so she told me I needed to get a Goldwing. So, I'm quite happy with my 89. Well, since I ditched the running boards and heel toe shifter. Haven't tipped her over after that. Oh, she's now a leaning monster now! Great video. Ride on, my friend.

Thanks for sharing your tips and trixs!! 😊 Learned alot, and got some inspiration to apply on my bike. Dont worry about the video getting long, if the content is HQ, like in this case, take your time. Talk alittle slower next time. Dont stress, if you have something to teach, the ones (like me) who wants to learn, need to have some time to digest all the tips. In the future, write down your modds, tips, tools, items or stuff you show in the video, and add that in description. Makes it easier to, note down and search for, like the foldable chairs. Really enjoyed your voice, you got a good teacher/mentor voice. Well, now the only step is to Darkside the back tire 😁 Well joking aside, Some tips: 1. Change your alternator to a 90amp ex:Compu Fire, is the best. Remeber to have a AGM battery. The higher output alternator can boil and cook a standard wet cell battery. 2. Change all of your old relays. You can get new ones/half price at goldwingdocs.com 3. Remove your main battery OEM fuse, to a Bus Fuse Holder. 4. Remove all aftermarket accessories cables from your OEM harness or battery. And connect them to a Denali Powerhub2 Fuse block master Ground Block and wiring harness. Super cool. Will prevent you, from burning upp the OEM cable harness. Other than that, thanks for an awesome video! Keep up the good work and have nice day! 😊 Cheers from Sweden! 😁

I just picked up a pearl white 2000 gl1500se. Thank you for the video. I have a 1800 that was easy to bluetooth but I was at a loss with the 1500 till I seen your video. I love the color of your bike. Be safe out there.

Going to look at this same bike tomorrow, a 2000 1500 in this same color and everything ; in only 24 and hoping to get the bike , I’ve only rode Harley’s since I got my first bike but ride almost 200 miles a day on my softtail so it’ll be nice if I can get in a goldwing cause that’ll do those miles soo much easier

Well hello there. I love that color. Did you by chance film the install for the heated seats. I would like to get them for my gold wing and wanted to know if it was hard to add.

Wishing you many happy , SAFE miles. I’m in the same boat. Long out of ownership, but just acquired a 93 GL1500. I’m going to the BRC2 class 4/10. FWIW, I’d like to invite you and your wonderful life partner to join some other returning riders to join us on @mcrider.com and his channel here on KZitem. It’s not MC specific, just people who are eager to be their very best pilot and passenger. Hope to see you on the road, ✌️

I am going to look at a mint 1998 silver gl1500 for 3500 bucks with 18k miles. Same as u - got a a bike just couple months ago after almost 30 yr gap. The Wing will be my 2nd bike - for 2 up riding. Let me ask - your mods look all less than 500 bucks?
