Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Exactly what I needed to hear. You also make it easy to see exactly where the fuses and relays are. You rock the Casbah, Sir!

Thanks a bunch man, you really helped when I noticed my car was over heating today on one of the hottest days 🥵 and I was not close to home, I thought I'd have to replace the fan but that spare fuse swap suggestion was just what I needed, God bless 🙏🏾💜

You should get some kind of reward for this. I took it to two different places and the first place tried to charge me for just initially looking at it and I was like nah. So I went to another and they “ looked at it “ and said it was something electrical so they have to hook it up and it’s like 100 an hour to do so. I don’t have that kind of money at the moment to just spend on that. And I’ve never dropped any of my cars off at the shop. I always had my Dad to help me or I could do it myself. But he committed suicide. Anyway, I have replaced some pretty big stuff in my car myself but was extremely lost on the AC. I’ve even replaced the blower motor. Easy stuff. My dad was a mechanic for over 30 years and I know some stuff I guess. But listen, I’m about to start a job and I have to wear executive clothes. I’m already nervous about it and on top of that my ac was not working. So, seriously... from the bottom of my heart. Thank you. You just saved me so much frustration, possible heat exhaustion and money I don’t even have. I pray that you are blessed beyond what you even ask for or desire. Thank you again. Oh and P.S. I looked like a rockstar again to my 19 year old son who had always been in awe of me being able to fix stuff. Shhhhh, we won’t tell him I KZitemd it. Lol. Jk

Thanks for the Great video! I did the same what you showed, I bypassed the fan switch censor with paper clip and the fans started working. I changed the fan switch censor but the fans are still not working. I bleed the coolant but no luck yet. Thank you!

Question. Are these single speed fans? In other words, they’re not supposed to spin “slowly“ right? I think the one on the driver side is going bad because I bumped it to move it and it started spinning slow… The right hand one is fine…goes on whenever the ac switch is on-whether car is on or off. I’ve been having an issue with the engine restarting when it is hot… 20 to 25 minutes after I turn it off it will not restart unless I sit there and let it cool off. issue resolves itself in 10 to 15 minutes if I leave the car off with the AC switch on and the cooling fan blowing. If the driver side fan is going bad do I need to replace the whole thing? Or is it best to replace the entire radiator assembly? Or just the cooling fan assembly? What would you suggest? My researching found others with the same “not starting when the engine is hot“ issue, and after trying everything realize that one of the two cooling fans was not functioning. Although the engine isnt overheating, it’s just hot enough under there to mess with something - one guy was adamant that the fuel rails were overheating causing an abnormality triggering something screwy leading to no start or very rough idle and misfiring, eventually leading to a stall. The above is happening to me and I just happened to notice my left fan was not working, or spinning very slowly. Thanks again for any of your input and thank you for making this video it has helped me to begin to troubleshoot the problem.

This video helped me with my crank no start issue. I hope it helps you to if you're still having this issue. kzitem.info/news/bejne/159_wGyhb2KSqo4 In addition to your fan problem sounds like you need to just replace the fan. I have a 2001 Honda Accord 2.3L and the radiator fan stopped spinning, it would only spin very slow when I spin it manually. i replace just the fan and now it works perfectly with no overheating. Goodluck!

I changed the sensor switch on top of the thermostat and the 2 sensors below the distributor and my cooling fan doesnt come on when u turn on the ac and it's supposed to but never does. I checked my relays and fuses and they're fine. I thought maybe my fan needs to be replaced but I ran alligator clips from the cooling fan directly to the battery and the cooling fan came on with no problem. So my question is why isnt my cooling fan turning on when I turn on the ac???? The fan on the driver side comes on without any problems.
