The parking brake stopped working. The foot pedal would go down without any resistance leaking me to think that a cable had snapped. Once the centre console had been removed it was soon obvious that the problem was located in the front cable. I ordered a new front cable and once the lever mechanism was removed it was soon obvious that the cable had just come off at the lever end which made this a NPR (No Parts Required) repair. Once it has been reassembled and the parking brake cable adjusted, it was back in working order.
