@@allthemani852 I did the front in about 2 hours and the rear took about 1 hour. It can definitely be done faster but I took my time( and several beer breaks)

But all your doing is taking away down travel ,seems inefficient,how do you make the axles level? Is this just a lift for duochbags? If I’m wrong please lat me know

But in case you were curious they do may front dif drop spacers so they sit level again, usually it’s needed when doing the 3.5” and greater lifts. But it’s likely anyone doing these strut spacers is doing it just for show and not intended for trails or real 4wd usage.

Just watching as a refresher, i have a 2016 sr5 2wd. Ilbought it used woth a 2” spacer and upgrading it next week to a 3” loaded strut for a inch more height and a better ride. Im not putting bigger tires on it anytime soon. Great video! Love browsing yalls site and all the open box and clearance items! Never know what ya need till ya see it 🙂↕️😉

why wasn’t the part of the sway bar disconnection included? that was a big part and wasted a lot of time moving that when it should’ve been included. Not cool.

I have this kit on my truck came with it when I bought I recently bought some wheels that are 35x12.5x17 would they work ? I know I would have to do a cab mount relocation

Getting ready to do mine and have a few thoughts. How often does the tie rod end release without any downward force? 🤔 Would the top ball joint have released without the pry bar that magically appearing? There is no such thing as a 19mm Crescent but we know what you meant. 😊 Are torque specs important on the upper ball joint and tie rod end castle nuts? And any of the other fasteners for that matter?

Same here. In order to move the sway bar yes you will have to have both sides on jack stands

That’s not 3 inch front, I busted Men show measured tape it’s 1.5 inches on front. I knew it!

The coil springs change their resistance depending on how far they are compressed. A 1.5" spacer may very well result in more than a 1.5" lift.

This kit doesn't come with the differential and skid spacers. How much difference do those make since they are included in other 3-2 kits.

We were physically able to mount up 35s, but there was some rubbing on the front bumper. You would have to do some modifications to get rid of the rubbing.

What about Diff drop and new control arms? 3" rule on tacoma. Geometry must be a little wonky after that backyard lift job.

They are not required but to maintain your travel and performance in the back a longer shock is recommended.

You may have limited shock travel compared to a longer one, but if you don't mind being mildly limited then you should be fine.

35's with this set up would most likely rub and you would need to do some modifications. It would all depend on the set up though including the tire/wheel width and offset as well as the "agressiveness" of the tread. Hope this helps!
