1:57:07 Earl didn’t yell when Efren made his legendary 5-ball Z-shot. Earl clapped along with the crowd, then said it was one of the very best shots he had ever seen. Couldn’t stop telling everyone how great it was.

Danny, there are those who would disagree with you about Diamond tables. Mizerak is one of them who for professional play says Brunswick is the best. In fact, the players themselves like Rodney has voted against Diamond tables in favor of Brunswick. Danny, you don’t understand why breaking is so different from one break to the next even if you hit it exactly the same each time. The balls roll differently in speed and direction due to infinitesimal spaces between the balls or no space at all. For 9-ball if you count the possible surfaces that are touching like the 9-ball itself in the middle of the rack is 4 and the 1-ball at the top of the rack is 2 and add them all up you get a lot of variables. The number and position of balls touching verses balls not touching and how far apart they are give high probability numbers for where balls end up after breaking. I’ve been told it’s in the millions of different possibilities. This is your answer.

Just to mention, my previous comment says it was made 15 minutes ago, but this is not correct. I made it 24 hours ago. My comment today is to Danny. Why don't you comment on shots Shane or Ronnie make AFTER they shoot and describe how and why they shot it to get the shape they ended up with. Instead all your comments are predicting their shooting BEFORE they shoot which often are wrong saying, "No, he's going to shoot it this way then you say no, he didn't, I guess he will play it safe now." After all this, he ends up shooting it. You even ask the other commentator, "What's the prediction" showing you know you're commentating this way and not the way of explaining how and why shots were taken. Your comments would be more direct and most always correct if you just waited until Shane or Ronnie finally took the shot they decided to shoot, wouldn't they?

Possibly...Here's my list of best all-time commentators: 1. Buddy Hall (incredibly accurate and pretty funny) 2. Steve Mizerak 3. Grady Mathews (Twain level eloquence) 4. Billy Incardona (just a great voice for commentary) 5. Mike Sigel (tremendously accurate and great insight into the mind of the players) 6. Mark Wilson 7. Danny DiLiberto 8. Jim Wych (he's just so corny, great pool room in Toronto though!)
