i have a 2016 jeep patriot. my radiator fans were crippled due to an accident. but its hard to take out the clips, is more than just the 2 clips?

Its 4 clips. One in each corner, i recommend taking off the front bumper and then you can get to the bottom clips easier

If you break the clips on the radiator when you take it off. Go to the parts store and ask them for an electric rad fan that can be hooked up to a toggle and do a toggle. Also that fan type needs no clips it goes straight through the radiator and secures behind it

How many connectors did the fan have

For the fasteners there were 4 for each plug and the alligator clips is 4 on the sides of each corner. The wire harness also has a sensor plug for the AC line on the upper left.

It has one power connector per fan unless it is wired as pair

and its neither my relay neither my radiator fan the fan spin when directly connected to a 12v and the relay click and close the contact like they should fml its either the sensor or the ecu or the wiring harness even though my multimeter saw 12v at the fan connector :S

check the harness for signs of corrosion or burns/cuts. then check the fuses in the engine bay and if nothing check the fuses under the dash. the last thing would be to check your pcm/ecu plugs for burns/corrosion, i also suggest getting a ODBII diagnostic tool to see what the codes are on the ecu

@@creakyvibez000 the fuse are not under the dash but in the hood next to air box they are all good in there
