I like the Budo aspect you're showing here. Nice to see that you're not promoting the theatrics we see all too often nowadays in tournaments. One question though: where do you have that Ura-Zuki at the beginning from? As far as Nakayama's reference is concerned, it says "Mae-Ude Hineri", which means "Forearm Twist".

we are not following any special line like JKA or SKIF, even I have a traditionnal backgroup (Kase)

Masters or trainers should be careful no to hit so hard to students, what's the purpose? To show power? Students never get injured under good trainers......

My Trainer was Jacques Van Lerberghe in the eighties in Seiken club and we have appreciated hard training with contacts sometimes! Junior was young and already a good karatéka. Prepare your body or make another sport !
