I timed it at 5.98 seconds. Start counting when speedometer starts moving, not RPMs.

I have a 2013 accord coupe auto v6 and when i put it in "S" it redlines and wont shift in to third unless i use the paddles or i let it hit the limiter a few times by accident. It's done that the last 2 times i've done a run in it. Has yours ever done that?

why do you have the econ button on?
@goodmandiad2713
6 жыл бұрын
I always leave my econ button on so i get great gas mileage. From what this guy did the econ button would not have made any difference It only drops to 3 cylinders when above about 40 and with almost no throttle. Punch it from a standstill and it will give as much power as it has. It is kind of fun on the highway when you slowly accelerate. You can feel the cat go to 6 cal then a down shift and another then the vote system kicks in. I have had 4 V6 accords since 98 and this one is the best without a doubt. i even looked at the 17' V6 . Not as good a car overall.

Econ button on this car only affects the throttle pedal's linearity of motion, partial throttle shift points, and cruise control application of throttle, to which none of this matters if you floor the pedal down.

At over 7,000 miles my 2013 Altima V6 is about .4 second faster than it was at just less than 200 miles. I did it both in drive sport with traction control on (a bit of wheel spin) because, the wheel spin is just too much with trac off and would seem to bog down the system. My first 0-60 is about 5.8 seconds, now it is about 5.4-5.3.The faster acceleration now is very noticeable.

l2pn1 Lmao 5.3 seconds in a fucking Altima. If you're gonna bull shit at least make it believable. I have had an I4 Accord and my cousin has the new Altima V6. His car is definitely faster but no way it under 6 seconds. If V6 Altima takes 5.3 seconds then my car took 6 seconds flat because I didn't lose by too much. I've driven it too. It is no faster than the V6 Accords.
