I have a 2015 altmia and this is exactly what I’m trying to go for! That low slick look with some nice rims. You have an ig if I need help?

No problem, if you want some tips I can do that. Already deleted my other IG account with all my car videos some time ago but I can still answer some questions @truble_mkr

@@fernandoduarte9584 yeah just cut, peel, and stick it on. And behind the license plate I used removable spray paint but I could have also used the laminate as well

How the quality of the stereo? I’m interested in the same one but have concerns about long term reliability

The sound is great if you have amps installed along with the system and navigation works well and touch sensitivity is pretty much like an older android phone with a slight delay which I can deal with but the sound quality of the built in mic for Bluetooth phone connectivity is horrible to say the least. I was informed later that an external mic works better than the built in version. I rarely connected my phone through the Bluetooth because of that issue of my callers not hearing my end of the conversation.

I actually sold the car recently for $10k and gave them the factory stereo also in case they wanted to switch it back themselves. Lol

What up man. Have you had any issues with the cvt?

Never had any CVT issues on mine. I bought it used in 2015 and I’ve heard about the problems with the CVT on forums but I never had a single mechanical issue. Other than cosmetics the only money I put in the car as far as maintenance was oil changes, brakes, and new battery only because I wanted more cranking amps to push my amp. recently sold it at the end of last year for $12k with 97k miles on it.

@@trubmkr I have a 2014 2.5 SL. Bought it Jan 1st 2021 with 91k miles. I’m at 114k miles now. It hasn’t given me any problems. Flushed the trans fluid at 100k. I’ve also read forums of the cvt horror stories. That thought of the trans going out is always in the back of my mind. Really been thinking about selling it and getting a Toyota or a Lexus. But the Altima is paid off and I don’t wanna get back into having a car note lol. 😩

@@DonRashad yeah I feel you brother on the payments and I also thought about my CVT going out on me eventually. Recently I’ve been wishing I didn’t sell it because it ran so good and was real good on gas unlike this gas guzzler jag. Lol

@@trubmkr Yeah man. I think imma hold on to it. I’m Just gonna keep changing the fluid every 30k miles and drive it gently. I’m just not in the place to have a car note right now. I’ve had it going on 3 years come January ‘24 and it drives as smooth as butter. So I guess in the meantime, I’ll just start doing some mods to it. Gonna get it repainted, get a spoiler, and put some new Nissan factory rims on it. I’ll use the Altima as a daily and drive my Mercedes Gle450 on the weekends.
