I do gymnastics (calisthenics) every other day or two and keep fit despite the fact that I have some form of disability due to short limbs and frequent back pain (when lifting weights and bending) called achondroplasia. I also pay attention to proper specific human nutrition (frugivorous), hardening in a cold mountain river and the Wim Hof breathing system (3 x 30-1).
