There is nothing new under the sun. Perhaps Susan has adapted 12 step or other food plans, etc but the point for me is this. I have tried every program available and no one that explained the how my brain works like Susan does. As a 10 ++ on the susceptibility scale, the food is not the issue. The brain relief is.

Susan, I would love to see more post menopausal women and their transformations with this way of eating. I gained a lot of weight in perimenopause, and I’m having a tough time losing it. It would be nice to be inspired by post menopausal women like myself. Thank you.

Truly inspirational. A wonderful and mind opening account of all that IS POSSIBLE to anyone willing to admit that food addiction is behind their struggle. To learn that the psychology of eating needs to be addressed and that these changes will transform every inch of their lives. Well done, well done!

Does the program encourage lifting/weight training? Most looked like they had also lost muscle. Lifting is VERY important especially after a certain age. I do love the mission behind brain relief because at the end of the day weightloss is very mental. Thanks for sharing!

During the weight loss phase, exercise is not recommended. It is, however, a short term recommendation for the weight loss phase only. 💪

Bright Line Eating I cut out *most* sugar and all flour this week because I found the audio BLE book. Though, I haven’t started BLE...yet. I can understand not working out during this phase, but I enjoy it (when I’m on my A game). But what happens when you reach your goal weight and want to start lifting and working on muscle, tone, and composition? What is the safest way after following this plan?
