You could tell that the stall call in the first period really threw Walsh off because he gets taken down right after that.

People don't say, but it's true. Wrestling is about brains and focus and less so about strength. Dieringer is a very smart wrestler and has supreme focus. But Alex is quick, however, so are a lot of guys.

Good match dieringer should been called for a stall warning in the second period at least twice

What? he got 2 solid takedowns in the 1st and one in to kick off the second. He put more action in the first half than most matches.

There are many good wrestlers in Oklahoma. John Smith one of the greatest American wrestlers was from Oklahoma. Yes there are more top tier states in the Midwest and Eastern parts of the country, you can't dismiss Oklahoma as a wrestling state.

You obviously don't know anything about Oklahoma wrestling. Over half of Oklahoma state's team is in state talent. John Smith, Kendall Cross, Chris Perry, Johnny Hendricks, Daton Fix, ect
