That last leg was sick! Thanks for all your posts over the last couple of years. Your team has been a joy to watch and living in Murrieta myself I have seen a lot of meets. Congratulations on your anchor on the 4X100. Looked like the fastest I've seen you run. Best of luck as you approach the next stage in your life.

wonder what antonio is capable of in the 400
@jordantesterman
8 жыл бұрын
The three times he ran the 4x400m in the post-season he split 49.8, 49.2, and 49.9 so I would say somewhere in the low 50 range in the open 400m. And that's with training as a 100m runner all season
@CUZdeathwins

so would you say cole dubots has had more 200-400m based training than antonio this season? or is he just more of a natural at those distances?

how come you took down the norman 20.1 video?
@teeroy9886

Hmm its probably just cause it was a USATF sponsored meet so they want people to have to pay to watch their own videos of it. Pretty stupid since no ones probably gonna pay for it lol.

+teeroy 98 I agree, but what makes me mad is that they gave me no warning before taking down the videos and giving my channel two copyright strikes when I didn't even know that I violated any copyrights.

+Kyle Duplessis I timed it from the moment the baton passed the finish line until the end. It's more accurate that way because everybody's splits = 400 meters
@rakatrahman5279

Yeah that's the way I time splits. Except for the first hand off on a three point start, for this I time right as the baton is exchanging hands.
@rakatrahman5279

I did Kyles way but after reviewing footage for some time, I can sort of see that Norman was on the finish line at 2:29.3- 2:29.4 (Some guy walked right in front of the camera smh). Split- 45.57-45.67

Even though Michael's leg was awesome, I think Obea Moore's anchor leg at the 1995 CIF State Meet is the biggest comeback in history (by a well-known athlete at least)
