Update January 24:th
No solution yet.
My dealer are currently working on the theory that the problem is caused by a not 100% working decompression and that this is causing the starter to break.
Not the starter motor though, but the mechanism that pull the wheels to drive the engine around.

Update January 20:th
The dealer has tried with another battery and the problem is still possible to reproduce.
They also checked the auto decompression an it does not seem to be any problem there.
Now they are investigating the starter, it could be an issue here.
They are waiting for an answer from BMW regarding this.

The dealer has managed to reproduce the problem and are now waiting for a response from BMW.

The dealer has now started to troubleshoot on the bike.

The problem started on the 9:th of October, the bike was only 4 months old.
It started perfect this day but when I stopped after a 30 minutes ride it did not start.
It was turned of for approximately 1-2 minutes.
We had to jump start it to get it running again.
Of course you suspect that the battery is broken when you have this kind of behaviour, so the dealer swapped the battery on the 16:th of October.
After this it worked fine, until three days ago, 29:th of December.
Suddenly it did not start again.
The battery was fully charged on the 25:th of December, three days earlier.
The charger is a CTEK Multi XS 4003 and was connected to the bike in the morning on the 23:rd of December.
The charger is connected via a quick connector from CTEK.
I have 9 different lead accumulators in a room that I charge regularly and I normally charge them for 2-3 days every time, with a CTEK Multi XS 4003 or CTEK Multi XS 3600.
The voltage is never below 12.4 volts, mostly it's around 12.7 volts.
I measure the voltage with a volt meter.
On the 2020 model a LiPo battery was introduced, the same problem seem to be present with this battery as well.
The 2019 has lead battery.
