I remember sitting on the fender of a tractor just like this 720 12:03 with my grandpa circa 1978 maybe. He owned an Allis Chalmers dealer at the time. Rain on the Scarecrow, blood on the plow

Boy oh boy I do like the old tractors and watching the square bailers at work I don't miss catching and stacking that hay though.

Yup these shows are fun but when it's this hot it takes a little fun out of it. Thanks for stopping by rooster

Nice video. Thats me at the 15 minute mark making room for wheat in the wagon. I held the flap open on the chute so the young man could see it flowing into the wagon and I handed him a handful of wheat and told him that it was a nice clean sample. That is one of the oldest combines we run there and produces the cleanest samples.

Hi there. Yeah I cut you off when you started talking to him. I wish I would have got your commentary with that little guy. Good show this year just wish it wasn't so hot and dry

Great stuff Dave, In my young days I helped out at a farm - and remember how the string of those old bales would cut into my hands. Machines that fed the western world.

That would have been a great day. I can watch them do the field work all day long with that vintage stuff. Noticed there very few young guys operating the equipment though. Very impressed with the quality of some of those restorations, wow. Thanks for bringing this. Stevo

Thanks stevo. Yeah their were a few young guys out there but mostly older guys. I've noticed this trend with lots of things like motorcycles, classic cars , and of course old machinery. I'm hoping to go to another show in a couple weeks. Their will be a variety of tractors at that one

Wow, very nice to see! Also in Italy we have this type of show, with Tractors like Massey Fergunson, Fordson ( Dexta and super Dexta), Fiat, Landini "Hot Head", they are pure mechanics !! Thanks for showing Dave!! 💪

Boy, I tell you I sure needed this show to watch! We haven't had a show in 2 years because of covid. I sure miss them. That AC self-propelled combine was cool. My dad had one of those pull-type ones on the farm. AC made some cool-looking bigger tractors like the D21..... IT DID LOOK HOT! Those garden tractors were neat, I know where one of those yellow ones is for sale near my place. The one with the raised dash. ( B110 I think) Man, there were some neat old tractors there. Was this near your house? Looks like you could use some rain there. Those cornrow harvesters that hooked to the tractors must have been a bugger to hook up. Some of those garden tractors were mint! There is a guy up here that builds those scale tractors that like the real thing and they run too. I loved the train layout at the end. Looked like a great show. Thanks for sharing

Hi John. Funny, we must have been watching each other's videos at the same time LOL. Yes this takes place about 25 miles from my place. It was canceled last year. Yes I hear Canada is still locked down, that sucks. Been ridiculously hot here and NO RAIN!!! Even though I have a WD45 I really love the D series tractors. Thanks for watching buddy. I plan on going to another show in a couple weeks
