Nice vlog, new subber. I have fam in Luzern… Can’t believe you needed a second test just to return to Munich. How much did you pay for the test? Did they actually check every person’s (-) result at the border? Which country was more obsessed about the controls? I’m assuming it’s DE…

Hey! Thank you!! Yeah I paid sth like 130€ to get the test.. at the boarder you have to fill out the form confirming that you have done the test but they didn’t check the test itself only the form, but I’ve also heard from people that have gotten checked too. Yeah I’d say Swiss and Germany are the same? they both checked my residence card and asked a few questions only.

Sorry I’m so late but thanks for replying… Yes, those €130 tests were crazy expensive overkill, imo… even my Swiss family with DE+CH dual citizenships couldn’t cross the German border in a car to go home for 2.5 years! without getting jabbed and paying for expensive tests every single time. 🇨🇭🇺🇸🎄

Hannah, what are some current travel restrictions within the EU ? Did you just need a negative COVID test to return back to Germany ? Was it within 72 hours of your traveling? Thank you

Hey, I had to do the PCR test 48hrs before comin back to Munich, and 5days of quarantine and a test after the fifth day. But the situation is changing these weeks, for recent regulation you might have to check on governments website :)
