Took advantage of the day of the Queen's funeral in order to catch some footage around Torquay Harbour.
The Big Wheel was still there on Princess Gardens - although I'm not sure if it was closed because the summer season is over, or because of the National Holiday for the Queen.
Also of note is that there is still fire damage clearly visible on the pier. This was caused earlier this year when a superyacht caught fire in the harbour, and it drifted across when the ropes were cut to protect other vessels.
I was also pleased to capture some aerial footage of two local flyboard owners entertaining passers-by on the promenade. Looking good there, lads!
Things I missed: The raising of the bascule bridge at the inner harbour entrance - not once, but twice! Hopefully I'll catch it next time I visit the town.
