One other fun little detail (I went from a 2019 to 2022) is that the frunk is slightly smaller. The mechanical sound when engaging the park is also a little less pronounced. 2019 had controller via USB support and has additional games like Cuphead and Sonic, most 2022 models lose data capability on all USB ports (except glovebox), and no longer support controllers or games that use them, so no more Sonic or Cuphead. The rear mounted (behind passenger) deck speakers are also missing in the 2022, but present in the 2019, although they were disabled. May only matter for those that wish to aftermarket enable the disabled speakers. The front fog lights were enabled on the 2019 SR+, but not on the 2022 RWD. Just sharing some observations since I’ve owned both to add to the things you helpfully pointed out to people.

The real question is what’s your daily driving range? How many miles do you put on? If it’s less than 200 on average, then you’ve got a comfortable buffer for any 300+ mile trucks. If you need to tow heavy loads and do miles every day, that’s maybe interesting ,but few people use their trucks for heavy loads regularly.

One thing I will say: the PCS in the HV Battery Service Panel is starting to break down in a growing number of older Model 3s like yours and mine. With the price increases and no tax credit, it's not worth upgrading to a newer model Tesla. And that $35,000 standard range only lasted a couple weeks before they stopped selling them. But not only did the roof glow that orange color when wet, most of the rear glass did too. Then they started selling them with only the center roof doing that. And it's pronounced "Tes-La", not "Tez-La". Elon doesn't pronounce it correctly, he's not an original founder of the company and they pronounced it as "Tes-La". On the interior you forgot to mention that the lower door panels around the cup holder is a hard plastic now and not that soft touch material that can get nicked easily. And Vegan Leather is a fancy name for vinyl. Removing the radar has caused even more phantom braking events, even though Elon said removing the radar would cause less of them.
