72 year old skier/biker. Turbo Levo is a game changer for me. Hills and distance issues disappear. You have to give you bike a name when you set up the app. Name of my bike is “Fun”. Says it all. Don’t hesitate to try one out. Cheers. Stu

Thanks for the feedback! We think that's a very appropriate name for the bike as well.

Gee, only 60 and riding since the 80's on rigid chrome moly steel frames. The Levo lets me ride harder and faster than when I was younger.

I was doing 25 mile rides with 4K elevation gain. Burning 3k calories. Anyone that says you don’t get a workout on an ebike is a 🤡. I’ve done it on my analog but have extreme knee pain for 3 days after

I’ve had this same bike since 2021 and can say it’s an amazing and rock solid bike. Just over 5000 miles and I have had only a single problem (intermittent shorting in the main power cable - pinnacle and specialized fixed under warranty). As for battery life, I’ve always gotten at least 5hrs of either gravel or single track here in Stowe. And at 105 full recharges over 2 years, battery health is still 100%. Comfortable on gravel, insanely fun on single track, it puts a smile on my face every ride. I’ve got friends who have spent twice as much and not had any better reliability, performance or capability. One friend said she wished she had seen how great this bike is before buying her first couple ebikes - would have saved her $20k. As for weight, saving weight is an analog bike mindset, and the only time you’ll notice its weight is transporting it. So do yourself a favor, buy this bike (any build except S-Works which is over priced by 1000’s) and start smiling more.

I agree so much when it comes to the fun levels of this bike. I'm still kind of hoping that another level of tech will come out before I plunge in, but in reality, this current bike really has it all.

@@SkiEssentials if I were buying today I’d be looking ar the Levo SL gen 2. I rarely use the full power of my Turbo Levo, the new SL has 2/3rds the power and fixed the motor noise. Lighter is okay but not an issue for me (not jumping much at 65yrs old)

Woa, you can set the bike to maintain power based on rider heart rate? That’s a new one on me. I’ve been riding my Levo allow comp for 7 months and haven’t come across that feature in either the specialized app or Mission Control. Please advise as to how that works.

Unfortunately, this is a good example of us repeating information rather than actually doing it ourselves. Someone on this thread may know, but you might have to dig deeper into the innerworkings of the bike and its capabilities. Sorry!

Hey which trail networks around Stowe are “pro e-bike”? I’ve ridden the area a bunch but I thought they were all regular bikes only. Thanks!

They used to only be allowed in Sterling Forest as a test program, and then they just opened it all up.

Hey guys, a year ago this past June my buddies and I did a "beach" pedal in SoCal. 44 miles, 4 hours and 40 minutes moving time, elevation gain of 400 feet. I was in eco-mode the entire time and I had less than 10% battery remaining when we finished. Did I misunderstand you when you said you rodeo 4 hours and only used 20% battery?

After about 4 hours on the trail--not all pedaling--the app said we were at 50%

Matt and Bob are both 6/2. The S5 fits both quite well and does line up with what other bikes are XL.

I'm also 6,2" but long torso. I went for the S6 because it was heavily discounted and put on a shorter stem. The only difference in geo is 30mm reach and a bit of extra stack@@SkiEssentials

Definitely NOT a dirt bike! May want to stay away from that since there is still massive public misconception and ignorance about eMTB. This is pedal assist NO throttle! The bike requires human physical input. Otherwise solid review!
