I got 40 miles on my 2021 Trek Rail twice now and still had close to 50% battery left. Love this bike but I am going to upgrade it to SRAM XX1 along with a few other mods. Probably do a video over on my channel about it. Thanks for sharing

Awesome video and you did charging correctly too. Power on charger first before connecting to bike. No spiking on huge voltage difference.

I learned that one too. They should have a soft-power on mode. Silly it’s not internal to the charger.

Thanx for a great vid. I'm looking for a mountain ebike due to an old knee injury that is getting more of a problem as I get older! Great review and I'm really thinking about buying this bike. 😁😁

Great video, thanks! Mine's on its way next week. Hopefully, it'll ease an old knee injury but the BB looks to be slightly behind the seat tube. Hope it doesn't cause issues 😬

Hey, great review. Just about to grab one locally here in Australia. $9500 here. Any other comparisons in this price range worth checking out?

Hey Jason! I'd check out the Giant Reign e+ 2 or the Orbea Wild FS H20. I'll link both of those below so you can check out the specs. The Orbea has the same Bosch motor at the Trek but the Giant comes with a Yamaha motor that I haven't been able to test out yet. Both bikes are pretty comparable with battery life, suspension, and price. Giant www.giant-bicycles.com/us/reign-eplus-2-2022 Orbea www.orbea.com/us-en/ebikes/mountain/wild-fs/cat/wild-fs-h20-20mph Subscribe to my channel for more e bike reviews in the future! Thanks!

2000 miles, and only the tires are an issue - use Schwinn Kevlar 26 tires and thornproof tubes.
